Very good service. Sam Mollaei opened an LLC for us. Some of the items included in the invoice were not covered as expected, like:- Advise on how we can open our U.S. bank account- Post-Incorporation Advice & Support (secrets, forms, deadlines, top 10 secrets to increase chance of success)For example, that information was not provided, and we asked him to open a bank account for us or to create a template for a service agreement to use with our clients, and everything had an extra charge. However, overall the experience was good.We also worked with Sina Bonabi, from EIN Express. We asked him for the ITIN Service, to create an ITIN for our LLC manager. Again, very good service, and he also took care of re-contacting the IRS to fix a mistake on our ITIN letter (mistake made by the IRS not by Sina) at no extra charge.I would recommend Mollaei Law and EIN Express services.

We found our selves in a situation were our frim was getting worried. Due to the overload we had this moth and loss of a staff member Mr.Roberts was not able to submit our corporation filing within the date line given by by the bank. Mr. Roberts said we must find someone to get this done asap now, we reached to Attorney Mr Mollaei Law, he was out on his holiday vacation and was still able to get it taken care off, went beyond and corporation registered and filed with urgent rush service and was able to file it withing 4 days of our request. The normal mailing process was going to take 2-3 weeks we could not have waited that long. Mr. Mollaei got it done, communication was great via email and text messages. Thank you very much . today is 23 SEPTEMBER 2019 I got my own ITIN ! for me it was a great experience working with EIN EXPRESS specially the PROFESSIONAL CAA MR.SINA BONABI.the main reason I wanted to get ITIN was working on AMAZON so as a non-us alien resident and to avoid deductions 30% of my profit I had to get ITIN. firstly I could doing some search online to find some companies that provide getting ITIN services first of all I could find some of them but I couldn't trust till I found EIN EXPRESS, so I e-mailed MR.
